Q What about booking a party?
A We reccomend that you call us 1 to 2 months in advance to make sure the date that you need is availiable. If the date is available we will send you our Party Booking form to fill out and mail bakc to us. After completing the form a deposit is required to reserve the date. We do accept all major credit cards ( Visa, M/C, Discover, Amex and Check Card as well as Checks. Upon recepit we will send you a confirmation letter and personalized printed invitations for your guests. Their is a $50.00 NSF charge for any returned checks ( NO EXCEPTIONS). Their is a $50.00 cancellation charge is the Tea Party is cancelled and not rescheduled. Click here for more information.

Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.


Q What about RSVP Policy?
A You will be contacted at least 5 days prior to your party to determine the number of guests. You balance will be based on final count. Due to the nature of setting up the party, if your guests included in your count do not attend, we cannot provide a credit or refund.

Q What about Food Allerries?
A We are aware that some guests may have food allergies. Ahould any of your guest have a allergy, please let us know. We will provide an alternate treat for them. (no additional charge).

Q What about bad weather or illness?
A In case of bad weather Ashley's Tea reserves the right to reschedule the party. If the Guest of Honor becomes ill we will gladly reschedule you an alternate date for the party (based on availibility).

Q. What about cancellation?
A If the party is cancelled for any reason other than Bad weather or Illness your deposit is Non-Refundable.

Q Can parents' stay?
A Parents' are always welcomed to stay and enjoy the Tea Party. Pictures are also welcomed to be taken by the parents'.

Q What is your company responsible for?
Ashley's Tea assumes no responsibility for accidents or damages by your party consultant. Our consultants will provide the most Professional Service and will assure that your home and or the rented facility is treated with care. In the event of damage or loss of Ashley's Tea's inventory, financial resposibility lies entirely on the client of the party. Ashley's Tea is not responsible for financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
